Michael Kochenash (PhD, Claremont) teaches religious studies at Washington and Jefferson College. As a researcher, he enjoys investigating how stories from the Jewish Scriptures and classical Greek literature influenced early Jewish and Christian narratives, most often the book of Acts. He is the author of Roman Self-Representation and the Lukan Kingdom of God (Fortress Academic, 2020) and more than a dozen journal articles.
